CBI books Gurugram Atmosphere mall chairman over alleged unlawful use of land, raids 4 websites

New Delhi: The CBI on Monday carried out searches at 4 places after submitting a case of alleged unlawful conversion of residential land to lift the swanky Atmosphere Mall in Gurgaon towards the corporate chairman, Raj Singh Gehlot, and others, officers stated.

The company registered the FIR on the orders of the Punjab and Haryana Excessive Courtroom which had termed the mall unlawful and handed over the probe to the central company.

The CBI has booked Chairman and Managing Director of the Atmosphere group Raj Singh Gehlot and corporations Atmosphere Ltd and Atmosphere Builders and Infrastructure apart from unidentified officers of Haryana City Growth Authority (HUDA) and City and Nation Planning (TCP) departments.
